We are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization which rescues, rehabilitates, and re-homes serviceable equines, cats, dogs, and others.
We are funded primarily by private donations. We are also grateful to the ASPCA which has provided grants to assist us in addressing the rapidly increasing cost of feed, especially in recent years due to the level of drought.
Our primary expense is feeding our horses hay and senior feed, for those with special dietary needs. After feed, veterinary costs and the cost of labor to aid in maintaining our corrals and enclosures make up a large section of our expenses.
100% of all monetary contributions are spent on our animals in need. We also gladly accept personal property, real estate, and vehicles. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for more information or to make a donation.
Located in Valley Center, California, our ranch is home to horses, ponies, goats, sheep, a steer, dogs, cats and numerous other creatures. Visits to meet our animals or to volunteer are by appointment only. While we do accept animals by owner relinquishment, we do not take in "found" animals unless their microchip identifies them as one of our alumni.
Look for more information about our adoptable and sanctuary animals under the "Animals" tab at the top of the page and find our more about becoming a volunteer under "Volunteer With Us" in the About section of the website.
Thank you for your support and for visiting our site!
